This home on St. Philip St. in historic Charleston, SC was rebuilt by our firm.

Mike Eippert is the owner/operator of Commonwealth Contracting. He is the third generation of his family to carry on the Commonwealth name, and as you would expect, grew up working in all phases of residential construction. Mike prides himself on being at every jobsite to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and customer service, and he schedules projects very carefully to make sure that he is never spreading himself or his workers too thin.
