Remodeling old, outdated bathrooms to create a modern a bathroom that fits the way you live now is one our most desired remodeling projects that we undertake for home owners.
We were delighted with the way the Espeseth bath remodeling project turned out. You might find these “after” shots inspirational as you envision the bathroom you’d love to have in your home.
The Espeseth’s share their satisfaction with Commonwealth Contracting:
We had Mike and his crew remodel our entire Master Bath.
We removed a garden tub, moved the toilet over where the tub was, and added a knee wall. The old shower and toilet area was replaced with a new tile shower with a glass front across the entire front. They pulled out the old vanity and sinks, installed a new one piece marble vanity top with new sinks, and created a custom storage cabinet to match the cabinets below the vanity. Finally a new tile floor was installed – After they replaced a large section of underlayment that had been damaged due to a shower leak.
They did all the tearing out and removal of the old tub/toilet/and vanity sinks, etc and flooring on the first day. After that one day, the noise from the construction and the dust was kept to an absolute minimum. They were very careful in putting down protection over our hardwood floors, so they didn’t trample in dirt, dust or leave scuff marks on the polished floors.
After the job was completed, there was a tiny amount of water dripping out from under the glass door, and Mike came out himself to caulk and correct that right away.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the finished product– very beautiful and professionally done – we are getting lots of positive comments from neighbors and relatives we show.
We love our new bathroom, and the crew could not have been more pleasant to work with during the project.
Kudos to Mike and his crew! A job very well done!
